Ear Hygiene and Health (EHH) Ltd. Occupational Health Nursing Service is owned and run by Frith Gray as an Independent Business since 2009. 

Frith has a wide variety of allied health professionals onsite that she can refer clients to; therefore offering Workplaces a “seamless” and comprehensive service.

Frith values health promotion and the role of ensuring the prevention of illness and injury coupled with ongoing maintenance of health and well being for clients.

Frith also has a specialty in Ear issues and is an Ear Nurse Specialist with many years of experience in this field.

Frith’s background includes working for an Occupational Health Provider based in the Bay of Plenty before moving back to Hawke’s Bay in 2006 where she started her own business.

Frith gained valuable clinical experience early on in her career at the HBDHB initially in the Cardiac Step Down Unit at Napier Hospital, then General Medicine as a Registered Ward Nurse. Frith then went on to work in the Outpatients Departments to take on a Clinical Nurse role in a number of settings.

Frith is a member of the NZ Occupational Health Nurses Association, the National Ear Nurse Specialist Group Inc. Society NZ, The NZ Nurses Organisation, and NZ Clinical Nurse Specialist Society. She is also a member of Occnet which is a nationwide independent nursing network.
